Whoopee!! I have lost 2.5 pounds this morning making a total of 10.5 in 3 weeks.
Too be honest I was a wee bit worried because I can eat a lot of food, and at slimming world they said to eat as much as you want of the free foods - and boy did I ever!! heehee
MarionWhen life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

hello all. Just weighed in and think i've lost 1kg - i say think because i've got a rancid cold bug and couldn't get to the gym so had to pay to get weighed in the supermarket. OH just got home and caught me weighing my shoes on the kitchen scales so I could deduct them from the total, I don't think he will ever let me forget that. Consultant - yup, you busted me, I was planning to make it for a dinner party. However, your cunning plan of making it SW friendly means i'll be having a go this weekend! Can I justify 28g of wensleydale with ginger as a HEA? Welcome katiep and our other newbies - i may have to change my username as there are lots of katies now and I'm a bit of a fraud as it isn't actually my name. Speaking of Katies- thriftykatie I still think we may be the same person as I do exactly wha you do on a fairly regular basis. However, since I've started SW I tailor my binges so on a green day it's tinned spaghetti, potato wedges and supernoodles, and then on red days i hit the wafer thin ham. I know it's not really re-educating myself out of that sort of destructive behaviour but it's making me really think before I do it and at least a step in the right direction. Thanks for everyones advice last week when I was down about my gain - as youcan see, I listened and it worked!0

Katie - this made me laugh out loud, but the sad thing is that its exactly the sort of thing I would do (ok, have done) I weighed my trousers once after weigh in as they weren't the ones I normally wear to class. The things we will do to lose a few pounds :rotfl: :rotfl:
Some fantastic losses this week, well done to everyone. I have weigh in in approx 45 mins:eek: :eek:0 -

You're right PiixxySu and this board is really helping - back on track now although disappointed at the inevitable gain this week (600g, which is what I lost last week so I've wasted a couple of weeks). Went to the gym for WI and 40 min workout so hopefully starting to undo the damage done!
Ironically I had alot of comments about my appearance today - wore a new (flattering!) sweater dress and loads of people at work said how good I looked and had I lost weight. Made me feel great - but also cross at myself for pigging out at the weekend.
Sis and her family (husband and 3 kids) live in Queensland - only been there since last July buy miss them like crazy although chat on skype using the webcam so not too bad. Looking forward to seeing them and enjoying some sun so 8 weeks to lose weight. Don't want the holiday to be spoilt by feeling self conscious about my appearance on the beach.
Hope the rest of you have better WIs.Proud to be dealing with my debts0 -
