Well done to all the other losers and going-to- be-losers- when they weight themselves today.
MissMPRENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

Just cycled 13 miles to work so feel totally cream crackered but rather virtuous.
Hope it shows up at the weign in on Wednesday !!0 -
I am only as strong as the caffeine I drink, the hair spray I use and the girlfriends I have.
Here's to you!
Why do we only have parties for each other when one of us gets married,
pregnant, has a birthday, or retires?
What would most of us do without our sisters, confidants, and shopping, lunching and traveling girlfriends?
Let's celebrate each other for each other's sake!

Someone will always be prettier.
Someone will always be smarter.
Their house will be bigger.
They will drive a better car.
Their children will do better in school.
And their husband will fix more things around the house.
So let it go, Be Happy and love yourself and your circumstances.
Think about it.
The prettiest woman in the world can have hell in her heart.
And the most highly favored woman on your job may be unable to have children.
And the richest woman you know, she's got the car, the house, the clothes....might be lonely.
And the Word says if "I have not Love, I have nothing."
So, again, love you. Love who you are.
Look in the mirror in the morning and smile and say:
"I am too blessed to be stressed and too anointed to be disappointed!"
"Winners make things happen.
Losers let things happen"
"To the world you might be one person,
But to one person you just might be the world".

I weighed myself this morning. I didn't weigh myself at all last week because I didn't want to know the outcome. I thought I'd have put on weight but o the off chance I'd still lost it would have been awful because I had eaten so much bad stuff and i'd have had no motivation left if I'd eaten that badly, done so little exercise, and still lost weight!
Now I've lost 4lb in the last 2 weeks (and at least I can convince myself it was all due to the efforts this past week and not the misbehaving the week before)
I am really pleased. I just wish I'd bothered like this earlier - it's been much easier than I thought it would be (so far)0 -
Morning All
I like the one on yellow best Lois
Hope all doing well and well done to all the losers. I am still, along with most of my area, without home phone and therefore internet access, and the Sky man wouldnt replace the Sky+ box as there wasnt a phone line  cue one phone call to sky!
I weighed in at Boots this morning and lost 2lb :j more than happy with that, (5lb of the 7lb January challenge gone) In the week (Sun-Sun) I went to the Gym 6 times, did 2 aquacise sessions and swam half mile, I was worried I might be building up the muscle too much!
lisyloo, how long does 13 miles take to cycle? I do 20mins a time on the Gym Cycle, but never notice how far I pedal! I only pay attention to calories burntNewlywed, MissMP and Loopy -Loo well done on the loss
Now put those biscuits away Newly and have something nicer and better for you instead. Actually I had a couple of rich tea biscuits last night and couldnt believe how sweet they tasted. Victory, I am sure we will have a nice result for tomorrow, Good Luck! TallGirl Never mind, a pound is neither here nor there and seeing as you acknowledge your little blow-out, Im sure you will now join the Day One Club and motivate yourself for this week. Your right though a little blow-out is good for the mind and the body
Right Back to work for me.
Good Luck one and all.Proud Member of the Lose Weight Thread on I Wanna..................

Hi :hello:
Had my weigh in this morning and at the end of my third week had a 1.4lbs loss :j woohoo :j
Thanks to consultant and Lois for your help re my midweek weigh in crisis. I'll try not to do that again this week, as it turned out to be worrying unnecessarily and I've hit my first target of losing 7lbs before 5/2. I kept a level head over the weekend and didn't starve myself just kept following my normal regime. Got to set my next target now.
Welcome to all the newbiesYou'll find plenty of help here as I did on Friday. I'm doing it my own way by pinching everybody elses good ideas and putting £5 into a jar each weekly weigh in so that I can benefit from all my hard work when I hit my target (it should be worth thousands by then :rotfl: )
Keep up the good work everyone
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Hello ladies!
I've been a money saving lurker for quite some time, but thought I'd bite the bullet and join in on one of the threads. I lost just over 1 1/2 stone last year before I got married (SW), but have put it (nearly) all back on again since.
I started again a couple of weeks ago and have been struggling to get going again, so thought I'd join you guys for a bit of motivation. Last week was 1lb back on, but I've been a good girl this week and also been swimming, horse riding, and am off to aqua fit tonight, so keeping my fingers crossed for a good loss this week.
Hope to speak to you all over the coming weeks/months!
Oh, and :T to all you ladies for doing so well!0 -

Thanks everyone for the comments. Well have to confess I did give in to a couple of biscuits. But have just come back from Tesco and the only extra "goodies" I bought was an expensive tub of fresh cherries - not AT ALL moneysaving but they are my favourite and make me feel happier without extra calories
Edit- and I did by myself another "kitchen gadget" that will wind OH up... a £2.48 garlic crusher!! Fed up of chopping themworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
I have lost 1lb! it's not much but i'm happy because i thought i'd gain this week.
i didn't have a menu plan and i was away at the weekend drinking etc. But i did try to be less excessive than normal weekends away, and that seems to have paid off!
Good luck to everyone else.Proud to have become an Ocean Rower in 2010 (crossed the Atlantic in a crew of 4 ladies and had the best 77 days of my life!)0
