It has actually gone down to £25.00 (i.e. £12.50 each way)
Click '2 singles could be cheaper' and you will find the fare under GNER STD ADVANCE 1 at £12.50 each way for these two journeys.

Split at York to give Blackburn - York and York - Newcastle. Cheaper for saver returns, also even greater savings between York and Newcastle by using advance purchase on GNER or value fares on Virgin for that portion of journey.
By 'SPLITTING' does it mean getting off the Glasgow to London train somewhere... wait for another, OR get off and back on the SAME train?? :rolleyes:0 -

Anyone want to lend a hand?
I'm needing to get from Leeds to Glasgow, after 11 on the 23rd August, coming back the next day after 12. Basing it on the fares for ever other thursday - friday return trip, I can't get anything lower than £71, but only a year ago I went and it was £38!0
