    After being told yesterday that they could only accept one voucher for "unbought" stuff - and they literally only took one voucher for all my shop - went in today and casually asked "try these please" - and they took 4 different ones (including the "inside out" one that has been hard to scan). It does seem to be down to how the individual interprets "one voucher for unbought goods"....is it one voucher for the whole shop? or one voucher of each type presented?
  • Opposite happened to me today, well this morning SA took anything I gave her, this PM the male SA refused EVERYTHING including the health and beauty tesco specific vouchers !!

    he was very loud and I was waiting for him to show me paragraph 4 of page 10 of chapter 45 of his tesco voucher policy manual !!!

    So off I trotted to CS, self-scanning supervisor did not know and the CS lady had to ask a checkout girl who said I can only use vouchers if I bought the items. But she did reimburse me for the health and beauty vouchers. If their CS don't know how are we ?

    I used quite a few coupons today, got £7 off a £60 pounds shop & 1300 points. CO scanned every extra points voucher I had & it took loads even though I hadnt bought all the items required for the extra points.
    Must be my lucky day as I wasnt one of the lucky ones who had the extra points for entering the mother & baby compertition.

    P.S congratulations on the promotion Welshy :T:T:T

    Well we know what sort of people are responsible for any clampdown dont we??? :mad:;

    Those who try to spend £160 in couposn such as the 'hoaxer' in the other thread and other greedy, selfish and sill ypeple.

    Ooooooooh, you're not allowed to criticise people who get their shopping for almost nothing on here, they put hexes on you!!!:eek: :eek: :eek:

    Seriously though, I agree with you. These folk take the p*** then complain when they've bought a bucketload of the same paper and cannot use the coupons in them. Sad.

    Many congrats on your promotion Welshy - it is wonderful having your own office, especially to race back to with the papers to cut out the coupons neatly in private, and not having to tear them out surreptitiously.

    our store take coupons and each time I go it changes - I avoid the females as a rule because they are far more picky but the blokes tend to take more. One guy takes one of everything plus one extra. A couple of other lads take EVERYTHING ALWAYS. So I like them :)

    Six Tescos visited today and all of them are still accepting coupons. Even one where I know the guy who served me is difficult.

    6 tesco's visited today? Sounds like a fun day out (!)

    Most people overlook opportunity as it comes dressed in overalls, and looks like hard work.
