Best Buy – £29.99 in-store (Tuesday Nov 8th only)
Tesco – £25 when bought with either £16.99 2100 MSP card, 12 months Xbox Live membership for £34 or a £25 PSN card
Sainsbury’s – £28.99 when bought with £30 of shopping
Asda – £38.97
Morrisons – £25 when purchased with £34.99 Xbox Live card
GAME – ‘Half price’ (the price itself is not specified, but is like ly to be £50-£55) when customers trade-in either Gears of War 3, Dead Island, FIFA 12, Batman: Arkham City, Resistance 3, F1 2011, Forza 4, Dark Souls, Ace Combat: Assault Horizon, X-Men Destiny
HMV – £9.99 when customers trade-in either Batman: Arkham City, Battlefield 3 or Goldeneye
Looks to me like Asda's the best deal unless you happen to be doing your weekly shop (Sainsburys) or are due to renew your Xbox Live subscription (Tesco)
I should mention that the reason Best Buy aren't leading the way is due to them announcing the end of their store retail venture today, atleast if something goes wrong with the game between now & christmas you're pretty certain that Asda, Tesco etc will still be open & trading, while i can't remember the timetable for BB's pullout it is happening.
going by this then bestbuy price is cheaper then asda, oh and bestbuy stores are closing but doesn't say when0 -
i'm nowhere near a BB anyway but yeah, according to MCV the intention is to close them by the end of the calendar year

while it's by no means the end of the world if you do buy from BB and something goes wrong, even with the usual "we don't return computer games" nonsense spouted by supermarkets i'm guessing still a lot easier to return it to them as opposed to a store which has a "for rent" sign above it's doors
Heck i think it's even cheaper for me to buy it in Asda than it is for me to get it at my own work with discount! Retired member - fed up with the general tone of the place.0 -

I think Tesco might just be better than Asda regardless, for most people. The majority will use the 2100 Microsoft Points sooner or later so may as well get them with the game for £42, instead of spending £39 on just the game.
Personal preference but it's worth keeping in mind. Very rarely you'll do better than 2100 points for £30 -

probably wont happen soon as i bet they would want to clear they're stock, i mentioned it more as to inform others in general0 -
Whats the chances of Tesco's having the game in the actual stores with a 12 month subscription or is it only going to be available for people who order via Tesco Direct?0

just been in my local asda. i noticed a sign about preordering so thought i would ask. he said no you cant preorder now. i asked have all the copies gone to preorder and he said no. he said if i go back tonight i would probably get a copy but if i wait until tomorrow i wouldnt. i asked what time he suggests i get down there for and he said 10pm. well stuff that i will get there between 11.30pm and 11.45pm. hopefully the queue wont be as bad as i fear and i will get a copy.0

Sainsburys has the best deal that I have found so far....if you spend £30 or more in store you get the game for £28.....0

I thought the Tesco Entertainment deal with MW3 + 2100 MS Points or PSN equivolent was the better deal as you can sell the points for the almost
their full retail price on eBay if you didn't need them.0 -
I decided to go for the Tesco deal.
I bought the 12 month + 2 month free Gold membership. I will need to renew my subscription in 10 months so just went for that as that worked out good value.
Then got the game for £25 making it £61 all in.
I did it via Quidco which means I also get £4.88 in cash back. I have to wait for it to be delivered which should be on Wednesday but I can live with that.0
