Had an email this morning frm tesco to say they refunded me £5.01 for my cod mw3 pre order so ive ended up paying about £52 for the HE so a plus for me, well i presume its legit as the order number is correct.

WHY OH WHY can you no longer have a rifle and a Shotgun . Shotguns are secondary weapons NOT prime weapons. Use Perk 2 Overkill. Carry two prime weapons?
No Hardcore Headquarters. True, but you never know they might put it in, they have in the past added game types in.

All in all its ok , i think its more of a Modern Warfare 2.5 like a big upgrade pack. I noticed alot of the maps a quite "open" which is very annoying when there are helicopters and planes etc. as you just end up getting spawned and killed a numerous amount of times.

I feel like they should of implemented that when you spawn you spawn into a box that neither you can shoot out of or be shot in, when you move out of it, it dissappers.

Totally agree, Modern warfare 2 and a half says it all . given that MW2 is my absolute favorite game of all time, i feel niggled that they missed some of the better things from MW2.

like a proper small map for example. RUST map on MW2 never ever ever got skipped in 2 years of playing online, that tells me people like a small map with frantic action as a change to larger maps. By contrast OIL is the map that gets most skipped cause it is huge. where is the one decent small map in MW3 ? nowhere to be found.

Quick scope cheat is now encouraged more than ever in MW3. this i don't like.

after a few days of playing i do think i will stick with it , but this is the last one i pre order or buy full price . The next one will be by treyarch and after black ops i don't trust them guys to produce a game i am willing to spend £30-£40 on . i urge everyone to do the same as while Activision are guaranteed to make a couple of Billion for any game they release under the call of duty badge there is no reason to push the limit and spend more on production. hopefully a new FPS shooter can come along between now and the next one and challenge the COD series. The Champion of FPS's is looking lazy and needs someone to take him 12 rounds .

Tesco was selling it for £38.91, so still way cheaper than Game. Coincidentally the same price as Amazon.

The local Sainsburys had run out of the Xbox version.
