    Mortgage-free Glee!
Judgments against them will also show on their records at Company's House - they won't be able to get credit - they will have to pay COD for their stock. I know my Company would not afford credit to a Company who had more than one CCJs.

Unless things have changed in the last 8 years, you can have legal representation on your behalf. Certainly the individual I took to the small claims court 8 years ago did not appear, but her lawyers did.

You are quoting CCJ's as in County court judgements. This would be dealt in a small claims court so you would not get a CCJ unless things have changed.

Oh and thanks for the pic above for some reason mine doesnt say that.

Just got this reply from ebuyer tell me what i should reply back to them please

We have replied to your eNote, number XXXXX, as follows :

    Dear XXXXXXXXX

Thank you for your contact with our support team.

Firstly I would like to offer our sincere apologies for any annoyance or frustration this unfortunate matter has caused.

Whilst we do appreciate our customers requiring this product at the lower incorrect price, unfortunately this price was advertised due to a system error, causing the cost to show on our site significantly lower than the actual correct price.

The item has been discontinued from our site due to this error, so we were unable to offer the option to purchase the TV at the correct cost, and hence this is the reason as to why the order you have placed has been cancelled and refunded in full.

Once again we do offer our unreserved apologies for the aggravation this matter has caused.

    Kind Regards,
    Sherry

    Dear xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thank you for contacting our Support Team.

Unfortunately this was a pricing issue on our site which was discovered and resolved over the weekend. I have been advised all orders were cancelled an email was sent to all customer purchasing the items at the incorrect price.
For this reason the item has been put on hold and unfortunately we are unable to offer any discount.

2.3 Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the Supplier's website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or canceling your order. If the Supplier does not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically due to the expiry of the 14 day period, the Supplier will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience and disappointment this has caused.

    Kind Regards,

    Ebuyer Support

No longer a user, goodbye folks. PLEASE delete my account. Thank you
