probably some haven't bothered, me I've had more pressing things to deal with, plus I've enjoyed gathering evidence of thier lies and decite from thier replies to my emails (all good evidence)....doesn't mean I'm not going to pursue the legal option before I'm out of time, Just waiting for Ebuyer to think it's safe to close the file on this matter before the kill.

At least Dell copped to the mistake they made with the projector a while back (even though they hadn't taken payment) and offered 20% off the correct price, all Ebuyer did was sh*t on their customers, lose a lot of good will, lose a lot of potential customers due to word and mouth recomendation and didn't even offer any kind of discount and then actually reduced the price by over £30.00 in a few days of them putting it at the *correct* price even though many people have written evidence that the offer was pulled due to the item being no longer available....just my view
