I have just checked my Natwest Online banking and noticed ebuyer have taken out £39.46 on March 5th and no money has been put back into my account since.

Did everyone else get an automatic refund or did they have to request it via enotes?

money was auto refunded. no enotes needed at all.

Guess I will have to take this up with ebuyer. I have double checked and they have definitely only debited my acct with the money and haven't credited anything.
