    Great feedback doesn't impress me if you can't even be bothered to respond to emails within 5 days.
    You are assuming that the emails have been received. As blue monkey posted, ebay emails are not necessarily speedy or reliable.

    You don't get to 16,000 trades with 99.6% feedback without doing most things right. In 16,000 trades a few glitches are inevitable.

    Feedback is the best and indeed only real way to judge a buyer on ebay

    Yes i did have a ebay id before that one , but cannot for the life of me think whey i changed it. I'm going to l@@K through my old paper work today and find my old ID . I'll post it on here when i find it.
    I have moved house since then but i'm sure that that has nothing to do with it.

    I called the company today... no reply it was just after 5 though( i'll try again in the morning)
    I still have not had a single reply to any of my messages.
    But they have sent me a unpaid item reminder.today!

    That only proves that that particular message reached me and that I replied promptly. I thought that you were checking on me to make sure I had posted my real ebay id.

    yeah it proves that but every other message that i have sent to members has got a reply within at the most 24 hours.
    all xcept the company who who this whole post is about!

    called 3 times today not even an answer phone?
    Checked the address on the Companies house website.
    checked the number on 118
    Checked the number with directory enq.
    i have the correct number.
    and still as yet no answers to my messages.:confused::confused:

    Maybe something has happened over Xmas and he has not been able to get to a PC. Try mailing some of the other people who bought off him at the same time. Could have been in an accident or anything - if he wanted your money he would have emailed you no doubt. Mail the other sellers, it is possible that if something had happened and they, or someone in their family, was in hospital or seriously ill then eBay is the last thing on their minds. Email other buyers. I can't really advise on anything further, they are obviously trading to be registered with Co House so must be something else. I'd forget about it until you get something from eBay - the worst you'll get is one strike and don't worry about it, you don't want it now anyway.
