I think he is saying....
He won an item, wasnt sure how much postage to pay, wanted item quick and couldnt contact the seller quick enough so he has bought one from somewhere else instead....
so he doesnt now need the original one he bid on.
He hasnt paid for it, so I assume he will just get a neg from the seller.0 -

ive been using ebay for 5 years.
and yes the postage does seem clear special delivery 18.98.. untill you get to the "checkout"
then he want to chrge me another £2 postge ontop! for Postal insurance ! the item is less then £100 special delivery covers for £500 hence my question to him after the auction ended.

He can't insist you pay more for insurance.My TV is broken!
