    this post has confused me! I would just leave it or contact ebay and ask them, that way you covered yourself if you upset him!

    I won an item on fleabay on the 1st Jan i have email and messaged the seller 3 times and not had a response. I needed the item for this friday.
    he offers Special delivery ( recons i still need to pay £2 insurance! item is worth £40 so is coverd by special delivery anyhow!)
    He says items are sent out next day from payment.

    I'M NOT SURE THAT THE FIRST POST WAS CLEAR

    But you omit to tell anyone until way down the thread that you havent paid! Your posts are as clear as ditchwater. Be concise and explain the situation step by step. Had you have said:

    "I won this item, I needed it before friday but the seller wont answer my question over payment" it would have been more easily understood.

    Bidding on another item was not a good idea as you will probably end up with a non paying strike against you. Maybe you could have pulled the sellers contact info and called him?

    Love the sig pulliptears;
    If you strap toast butterside up all something, will it float?
    Secondly if you do the same but butterside down will it implode?

    Rofl! Cats and toast :) Butterology. I wonder if results would differ with a "Low fat Spread"?! Adding a scraping of Jam could tip the balance totally!

    Yeah not very clear by the OP.

    But saying that now that he has explained. The seller states insurance is inlcuded in the P7P so he can not add it to the final price. So you within your right not to pay. I wouldnt.

    Its bit like some the sellers adding 17.5% VAT to final price, yet they dont tell you this in the listing.
    Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j

    The VAT man takes an extremely dim view of that kind of thing!

    I would advise contacting them again asking if you can pull out of the purchase. They may be nice and mutually agree to cancel the transaction, if not then your risking a NPB strike and negative feedback.

    And to the person that said there was no post on the 1st and 2nd, thats only in Scotland. The 2nd is not a holiday anywhere else in the UK
