I'M NOT SURE THAT THE FIRST POST WAS CLEAR. sorry
my concern is not that the item has not arrived
I have not paid for the item yet! i emailed/messaged the buyer as at the "check out" the postage was not clear (if he can send them out same day then im sure that he must read his messages every day! when a listing has ended).

but still as of 12:30 i have had no response.

If you have not paid, then dont pay.

You will get a NPB warning and one -ve feedback saying you have not paid for the item.

So what is your complaint if you haven't paid? That you asked a question about delivery and it hasn't yet been replied to? You should have asked the question before the auction ended, so I'm afraid it is you who is in the wrong. If you follow the rules of ebay, you're still obliged to pay, but if you're not going to pay then you're likely to end up with a NPB strike and negative feedback, like someone else has mentioned. If you hadn't waited for the reply on the question and just paid, your item probably would have been here by now.

OP said the POSTAGE was unclear. OP has not yet had a reply and does not know the final amount to pay.

Am I missing something? Clicking on the link in post 12 brings up an item that has 3 hours to run still. No-one has won the auction.
