I'm not familiar with prices there, but actually that flat does look like it has potential underneath the mess. The rooms aren't that bad a size and with the two extra down in the basement then I would be willing to give that flat a looksee if I lived in that area and was after a flat.0 -
Nice walks through the woods by the stream......oh

And that power point in the middle of the stream looks like it might breach elfin safety.0 -

What on earth is that on the floor in picture 9? It looks like the Cookie Monster is tunnelling up through the floor on a scavenging expedition!0 -

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -

It's new, or new-ish.
Perhaps they realised that people were going to the real thing, rather than run their previous dumbed-down version. I did!0 -

I actually rather like the look of this - nice and quirky. Not sure what the white object is in the lounge - some sort of cupboard or somewhere to hide the meters?????
Problem is with Spondon is the "Spondon Pong" :rotfl::rotfl: - proximity to a rather rather smelly factory.......Can be rather unpleasant when the wind is in the wrong direction. :rotfl:
PS - I see Lander Lane, Belper is still on the market;) Do you fancy it yet???0 -
