I'm not familiar with prices there, but actually that flat does look like it has potential underneath the mess. The rooms aren't that bad a size and with the two extra down in the basement then I would be willing to give that flat a looksee if I lived in that area and was after a flat.

Ooh...have I been blindly oblivious of this before or has this feature just been added? - but there is a "view on full screen" option when looking at StreetView on Rightmove now. Oooh....up close and personal detail...

It's new, or new-ish.

Perhaps they realised that people were going to the real thing, rather than run their previous dumbed-down version. I did!

Problem is with Spondon is the "Spondon Pong" :rotfl::rotfl: - proximity to a rather rather smelly factory.......Can be rather unpleasant when the wind is in the wrong direction. :rotfl:
