Another one that has left me wondering if estate agents just turn up on spec without warning to do the photos.
Don't know that answer to that one....but my own EA duly arranged exactly when I should expect them for that photo session...Is that the norm?0 -

I'm not familiar with prices there, but actually that flat does look like it has potential underneath the mess. The rooms aren't that bad a size and with the two extra down in the basement then I would be willing to give that flat a looksee if I lived in that area and was after a flat.0
