Yes - why are the taps running though?

I thought I'd have a look at the virtual tour, but it turned out to be not of the property but a not particularly appealing video advertising the estate agent.

Is it just me that doesn't get the whole *TemptMe* thing that Zoopla has going on? It says that house was last sold in 2002 (£101,150) and that Zoopla's current estimated value (not to be trusted, I know, LOL!) is £389,493.

It appears that the current owner of this property posted this *TemptMe* advert on 4th June 2008 and the house is not showing as for sale on Right Move. The Zoopla ad says 'owner's estimate £450,000' and that 'offers around this figure will be considered' - so does that mean the owner is hoping someone bites, even though the house isn't actually on the open market?

I just looked on RM and the only house for sale in that road is on for £289,950. It's empty and needs a bit of work, but makes the Zoopla one look expensive IMHO

Its the Tiger that came to tea!

The tiger is the only thing nice about the room. The rest of it is horrid. I am not a fan of chair covers and they look badly fitted.
