My word, the floorplan is worth a look. 137 square feet? Can that even be legally considered a flat? Where do you put the bed?0 -

There was a similar property on Home Under The Hammer a few weeks ago. I did not see what the new owner did to it - had to leave for an appt. It was in a block of flats in London and when it was first built, they were used as 'hotel' rooms for the tenants' guests to stay over. Like the concept of them originally, but not to make them into small studio flats.0 -
