Not so depressing as the fact that there are visible diagonal cracks and bulging in the brickwork from 1st floor level down so that it looks like the right end of the house is falling off. The EA must have waited for hours until the light was right and the sun was shining obliquely down the facade to show those up!0 -

It's usually quite easy to suss out that info by going to rightmove in that area and seeing where its been placed in the price listings. I did that with this 'smelly' house and found its on with 2 other EA's @ £260,000.Quotes re:
