Pic 5, there seems to be ample additional 'living space' in the terrace of sheds in the garden!
I'd be thinking the 'exchange' will be large wads of cash in a Lidl carrier bag
And the floor plan shows an annex with full living accommodation. Either it's for a teenage son who they can't get rid of or it's a bit more up market type of beds in sheds as per the ones in the back garden.

Looks like the EA was in such a rush they forgot the camera and used his cheapo camera phone to take the pics unless he's still using his first digital camera from 1998
