Looks like maybe that's the amount they need to sell at before they hit negative equity? Who knows!

But isn't the argument for more pictures that some people (aka you) want to see pictures of the land a long way away (well 50m+ away) from the house, but think bedroom photos are a waste of space, while I think that seeing the bedrooms are important even if it does show mainly bed. It gives a sense of scale to the room and also shows all those nooks and crannies that, for instance, make having both a bed and a wardrobe impossible. I've seen plenty of rooms where the only place for the bed is up tight against the doors of the "built in storage" or with a double bed against a wall.

I didn't say that I wanted pictures of land a long way from the property, because if it's just a picture of a field like the first field they snapped from the farm gate, that's the outdoor equivalent of bedroom pics! I was just observing that agents are basically lazy over photos of extensive properties, so frequently miss interesting features because they don't walk the land. As I said, a map, highlighting the extent of the property, is a rarity, but extremely useful when it happens.

With regard to bedrooms, surely that's when a decent room plan comes in? So long as it's scaled, one can easily work out where furniture will fit. Can't do that from a photo.

Flipping heck that's grim. It doesn't matter how many times they show that picture of the table and chairs in the kitchen, it doesn't improve with seeing it again.

And what's with the bed in what is obviously quite a big room, being shoved up against the wardrobe?

I have to say ladders resting on beams in a bedroom has to be a first!

Pic 5, there seems to be ample additional 'living space' in the terrace of sheds in the garden!

I'd be thinking the 'exchange' will be large wads of cash in a Lidl carrier bag

Maybe it's down to red being regarded as a warning sign colour for danger and they don't want to set off any subconscious "triggers" on this one. Peering as closely as its possible to at that photo, I am wondering if that is a subsidence crack going from a top floor window down to the front door.

Or put the toilet lid down! what is it with EA not doing things like that!?!?
Looks like the EA was in such a rush they forgot the camera and used his cheapo camera phone to take the pics unless he's still using his first digital camera from 1998
