Was just admiring this stunning house and then got to photo 8 and changed my mind. Why why why would you have an open toilet in the bedroom? Especially when there is a cot in there too, it's just so unhygienic.
If my DH even attempted to use that "ensuite" (particularly after his monthly beer and curry night with his badminton mates), then he would find himself sleeping in one of the other "beautifully decorated and comfortably proportioned rooms"!!0 -

Agent: "Well let's call our company Red Door Homes and we'll photoshop the front door red in all our listings..."
Boss: "Wow, what a GREAT idea!"

Personal privacy might be an issue there, but hygiene? Why?
As I recall, and it was a while ago now, my kids produced very liberal amounts of wee & poo from a very early age! :rotfl:0 -

You'd really need to carve it up into flats. Job for a local developer and his team(s) of builders.
I love the way they decided that a fire escape was needed, so they built one on, and hang what it looks like!No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Its also currently a residential care home (hence the masses of bedrooms and toilets and commercial kitchen) so even if you wanted it as one dwelling it will need majore refurbishment to return it to a dwelling house.
