"A bank* is a place where they lend you an umbrella in fair weather and ask for it back when it begins to rain."
(*Unless it's Santander. The branch says they sent you an umbrella 3 times already and don't understand why you don't have it yet and want it back right now!!!)0 -

Deep drawers are miles better than cupboards. Just think: No more getting down on your knees to find stuff at the back of the cupboard. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

The drawer handles are very ugly - as are those awful green dining chairs.........but IMHO, drawers instead of base cupboards are the *in thing* in kitchens at the mo. We elected to have mostly drawers in our new kitchen last year.....they are of varying depth and we use them for all types of storage - pots, pans, serving dishes etc. They are much easier to access than traditional cupboards and next time I'd opt to have all drawers, although in addition we do have a traditional dresser for plates and free-standing larder for food items

Why, if you've got such a good seaview obstruct a good portion of it with a garage? The garage should be up next to the house. It looks like a 1 in 5 drop with no turning space. A lot of reversing going on there.
Comparing it with the surrounding houses on streetview and on Pic 1 it looks like it's made out of 'ticky-tacky' and however much designer crap they put into it it still looks cold and soulless.
Its only redeeming feature is the upholstered floating thingy in pic 50 -
