Picture 5 - not sure I could relax in that bath, would be worried that those shelves would hold!"
At least you won't be in trouble if the loo backs up?0 -

I quite like this property, but it must rate as one of the most inconvenient houses in which to need the loo in the middle of the night....The plan is in the last picture & shows what I mean....

Has anyone seen anything with a less convenient convenience?0 -
Very awkward indeed. Maybe they could borrow some potties from millicent's previous post, lovely place though.
I would try and put a downstairs bathroom in part of the garage.0 -

To be honest, us country men frequently wee outside in the garden anyway, as it deters foxes. And then there's the compost heap to activate.....;):)

I was only £79 999 836.17 away from enough money saved to buy this.

We used to live in a house that was two cottages knocked into one but only on the ground floor. The second cottage hadn't got its own bathroom, just an outside loo. My sister and I had bedrooms in the part with no bathroom. Not only was it a choice between outside loo or traipse down the stairs, through the house and up the stairs in the middle of the night you had to do that same trip if you had a bath/shower."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -
But it must have been nice for your sister and you to have your own separate domain.0

Is it me or in photo 13/14, the pattern in the curtains matches the wallpaper in 4 and 5?
Also that light fitting in the bedroom in pic 13/14 is horrid0 -
