Should I leave a message on his answer phone? I am reluctant to leave my own details in case he doesn't appreciate the phone call.0

The downside is that outwith the immediate estate, it is quite a rough area.
Fair point, the council estate to the south of the new builds along the B9096 doesn't look too inviting0 -

Well - he now has at least one message on his ansafone. I didnt leave my details - I just told him to check out this website and what has happened.
By now - for all we know - he could be out literally kicking that estate agents' little !!! right down their local High Street..... Must admit I would have got the screenshot myself and the photo would have already been removed and details of the house removed from that agents' website - after I had summarily sacked them on the spot. So I'm guessing he doesnt yet know that one of those agents is due to end up in the local Casualty Department.... (or, more realistically, get that particular employee sacked and see if the estate agent themselves belongs to a particular estate agent "body" AT THE MOMENT).
I would imagine he would be glad of the screenshot though.
EDIT: Tried to leave phone message at estate agent concerned and got a pre-recorded phone message saying "please call later". They may know they are in serious trouble already - but in case they don't they have been sent an email telling them.
Livid on behalf of this poor vendor and I would want someone to do those couple of things for me ...0 -
Thanks money
. I have just tried the vendor again and he isn't in still. I did leave a message earlier. I quite deliberately didn't phone the agent as I would like the vendor to see it.
