    Yes I was wondering if that was angle too. Clearly spent more than he earned in December, but may have just saved up for Christmas and be spending that money.

    someone take a screen shot and send it to him before its removed, so he can take it up with another solicitor ;)

    ive got a photo but you really need the screen shot with the website etc, i cant do it, the instructions are too hard lol

    Actually its quite on the high side for that estate, a lot of the four beds are selling cheaper than that. The downside is that outwith the immediate estate, it is quite a rough area.

    Thank you :) I will wait a wee bit and see if some kind person knows how do a screen shot. I think its highly possible that the vendor may want to take legal action.
