Has no-one spotted that that bathroom seems to have TWO doors? The lovely glass one into the kitchen, and what looks like a front door complete with chain and letter box...
I hadn't notice that, its a porch with a bath in isn't it
Nothing to see here, move along.

Yes, and there's the skateboard ramp in the master bedroom too - another great amenity feature. :)

To be fair, the floors in our house are nearly as bad!

I am actually going to view this one :o

We have one too in the hallway, but I'm told it's because the builders who extended this in 1992 found that the bit they built was a few inches lower than they'd intended.

    They are still in business.

    Topsham, eh? There's posh! :)

I love the kitchen/bathroom where you can take a bath and cook at the same time http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-37020898.html

And the secondary glazing that no longer fits, so they took it down.

I've got three of those skate board challenges, I though it was the price you had to pay for buying a country property.

It has taken me 40 years and the lovely climate we now enjoy to realise why: Every time water got into the floor of a room, previous owners raised it to make sure it would not happen again - now its my turn.
In the short term I have installed a sump and bail it out.

In the bathroom it has been an asset over the years when problems like a bursting washing machine hose occur.

Wet rooms are not a new invention!

We had to put up scaffolding just to get our house painted. There are those tall gables .....
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

So why does the property need work doing in the middle of the winter.
Why are we desperate to sell before "The Spring Bounce"?
Why are we in such a rush or have the builders walked off the job?
We have sold off the orchard at the back, it is going to be a 4G cell phone mast complex, now we can sell the original house and a reasonable garden and the whole lot is free of Capital Gains Tax. Roll on April 5th.

As usual there are loads of factors involved in buying a house that will not appear on the agents particulars.
