Looks like a workshop area to me....OH would give his right arm for a self contained "man cave".
Own cooking facilities, boiler (helps take the chill off), sink (can do his own washing up), somewhere to sit and drink his tea and ponder life, the universe and everything. And direct access to the garden - man cave heaven.0 -
