I was at someones home recently who had a cover on the actual bit you sit on. I lifted it and sat on the actual toilet. Not very hygenic!!

I've been lurking on this thread for a while and loving the houses.

I think I've got a good contender.

We actually went to view this house and the photos dont do it justice. Every room has at least 2 walls full of mirrored tiles and the ceilings are all a metallic gold or silver too. The kitchen photo is basically the actual size of the kitchen too.

I don't remember you viewing....was I out? Did the EA do the viewing?

I'm really thrilled that you think the photos don't do our house justice. We will get onto the EA on Monday morning as you have confirmed what we thought ourselves.

We absolutely love the Tart Deco period and did our best to recreate a real feel for the Tart Deco era - perhaps we should have left our chandelier behind - but we love it so much we couldn't bear to part with it, we think it looks lovely in our new house, which I must admit is a "magnolia" for us.
