Wow - Dig this 70's paradise...

Sunken bath the colour of sick, more cladding than you can shake a stick at, blue and green check ceiling, mirrored walls and a swimming pool (In Barnsley?!?!?!?!?)

I read 'triple garage' on the description and didn't need to know any more. I want it!!

I do quite love the 70's paradise and I think it would be greatly enhanced with a pink kitchen!

Although its tired now and has probably been bought by some evil developer who will demolish it and build a couple of identikit horrors i just keep thinking that at some time someone had an AMAZING house where you could lounge at the bar, swim in the pool and cook an omelette in the garage!

And I bet it had pampas grass!

I'd have that too - and I love the 1950s kitchen units in the garage.

A very expensive bespoke kitchen manufacturer does a replica but in wood not aluminum and I wouldn't like to hazard a guess at the cost....around £15k for a small run of units.....

I guess there's nothing to stop one of us calling the agents and offering a couple of hundred quid for the kitchen in what looks like the garage.

Took me a while to find it! The neighbours must be so pleased!

But how does it have three floors? Or was Floorplan 3 a tree-house?

Edit: Ah, just spotted the rear view - Brixham slopes a lot!

The garage also seems to have an unexpected 'lower ground floor' judging from the other door in the rear view pic.

The sellers seem to have done just enough to make it presentable, which has probably added a few grand to the asking price.
