Is this the same house? If so being able to see inside gets you £2k off! https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-61729152.html

Last sold for £30,000 in 2004.

At this rate it will be back to 2004 prices by Christmas.

I think the seller thinks they are on Ebay and keeps dropping
    the "buy it now" price.

What the 'ell is that (presumably) pipe running across the room in pic 5 ?

Looks like a half hearted attempt at refurbishment by way of bulk buy trade white paint. Job isn't finished, and no way is it worth £50K or even £48K.

Absolutely! It's like one of those intercontinental pipelines! Love the way they proudly describe it as 'recently refurbished'. I'm even more intrigued about the back-story now.

"Recently refurbished" but "in need of updating throughout" :)

It’s the same street but I think different houses.

I want the back story too. Surely even if tenanted there would be a chance to view?

The two houses are next to each other .
Both were sold for 30k in 2004 so possibly are connected?

One refurbished but but this is worrying for the other one:

TO BE SOLD UNSEEN. - NO VIEWING ACCESS /NO SURVEY ACCESS
Sounds very dodgy - only occasionally have I seen a similar point made if a building was basically a ruin and unsafe to enter.

Not even the Estate agents have been seen inside!
Please note Pattinson Estate Agents have not gained access.

Maybe the current owners are waiting for, um, their houseplants to finish cropping.

I didn't know I wanted a sky parlour! It also has "lead lined" windows. :D

Absolutely! There's something decidedly sinister about it. I can also imagine those teddy-bears coming to life in the middle of the night...
