Especially as the map which shows the exact location of the property, doesn't.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
Besides, with its hyperactive swear filter, I'd never be able to tell anyone on MSE where I lived. :rotfl:0 -
What's the story on this one?! Awkward tenants? But they'd have to mention that in the particulars surely? Perhaps a divorce or other family situation?0 -
Sorry, it's heavily shaded to the west, so I wouldn't be able to sit on the patio with a glass of something and watch the sunset.:(

They are offering a 'pig in a poke' property, sadly not at an appropriate price, considering other local sales, but they are sales people, not on the buyers' side.
The vendor has to give vacant possession anyway, or be up proverbial ordure creek0 -
I would think those are exactly the matters which wouldn't be placed in the particulars. They might be conveyed verbally, or they might not.

Agree, it's exactly the same price as at least two others that have sold in recent years. If it was £15-20k cheaper it;d probably pique some investor's curiosity. Makes me wonder if it's being sold to someone who knows the property?
ETA: it's been for sale since June 2018 so probably not. Someone ring up and enquire :cool:0 -

That's most intriguing.....
I really do think someone should ring up about it. I'd love to know the back-story.0 -

Is this the same house? If so being able to see inside gets you £2k off! https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-61729152.html0
