Immediate neighbours have loft conversions and other properties in the road have side dormers. Still pricey though at £530k even for semi-det with priv pkg, period 3-bed terraces are £530-550k in immaculate condition.
According to Rightmove it pretty much was sold as soon as it went on
(added 2/10th . it's now the 6/10) though it may have been added and removed earlier from Rightmove
though likely now sold at a reduced offer, it's annoying actual sold prices take months to appear on Land Registry.0 -

It must be almost blocking their front door!

This style of property rarely becomes available on the market
That's because most vendors would at least have wiped over the mould. Still, for £45k you can't expect too much and they have at least left you some loo roll.

Door from master bedroom to second on floor plan, if that's correct then I can't imagine why the door wouldn't just be in the hallway... Must be hard to mess up the layout on such a small house.0 -
With no internal photos I wonder if the agent has even been inside.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

As you already posted, a little further out and you can get a 2 bedroom house for £15k more though they dare not show the insides which
"require internal upgrading and is sure to interest developers and investors."0
