Door from master bedroom to second on floor plan, if that's correct then I can't imagine why the door wouldn't just be in the hallway... Must be hard to mess up the layout on such a small house.
I think that's probably a badly marked up reference to the "fitted wardrobes" in the master bedroom.0 -

I leaned in to look closely at picture 2 and clicked on to pic three and RECOILED! URGH! :shocked:

Actually though the kitchen is pretty basic, it's actually only the one room that's really bad. Unless there are others not shown. Looks like it was abandoned in mid refurbishment then put up for auction

It's a lower flat and been unoccupied for several years - I think there was a leak upstairs which went unnoticed.
Open up the ceiling void, dry out, spray with fungicide and make good. I reckon quite an easy project for someone.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
