Another interesting studio, the compact type you'd rent at $2k a month in NYC and it'd be a bargain.
There isn't an oven or even space for a fridge/freezer in the kitchen area, which is a few feet from the built in pull down bed and fold out table. It's a beautiful building and in a great location though.

Spot the dog. Looking very relaxed
He gets around doesn't he. Perhaps that's why there's concentration-camp style fencing in the back garden.
Sea glimpse ... glimpse of Ballard Down ... view over the rooftops to the Purbeck Hills ... sea glimpse
No mention of the kitchen extractor duct.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

Oddest place to build your garages and new owner will need to cut the grass before using it.

Who could resist? Modern method of auction too. How delightful! Where do I sign?0 -
They have a 'potential development site' there, though....if they demolish a chunk of the existing property. Of course 'potential' is a weasel word. 'Potentially,' a builder could fit 50 houses on our plot.

Is it a bath for very small people or is it just the perspective?Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0 -
