Unlikely to be a car drove into the front of the house as the kitchen at the back is affected. Gas explosion, but next door looks ok?VincentVincent wrote: »It was a car: https://www.wigantoday.net/news/investigation-after-car-crashes-into-house-1-9079001
Looks like that window at the front is the kitchen.
Key Features, 2nd bullet on right: Kitchen to the Front;)0 -

Even if you were happy with two enormous shrubs smack outside your living room windows wouldn't you remove them if you were selling?
I think they must have culled those trees, otherwise the lounge would be pitch black. And it isn't:)0 -

Yes, I toggled back and forth from the pics as couldn't work out how the lounge appeared so bright either but if the trees have been removed surely you would not want the monsters appearing in the first pic that people see? Just odd.0 -

Patently non-standard construction yet no mention of this from the EA, what a surprise; just look at the damp issues. "This little gem could be turned around"..? Sure, for half of what it cost.0 -

Kitchen at front:Note: The partition wall between the kitchen and the entrance hall is in need of replacement)

No kerb appeal for this price! The exterior looks like it should belong to a completely different property.

Do 1960s secure units have kerb appeal?
They're not really promoting the solar panels & EV charge point
They've borrowed grans furniture :rotfl:
It's the fixed decor that's wrong; staircase, kitchen, fire surround0
