The 'sleeping area' doesn't have a door, so technically it's all one room. I've noticed a lot of agents use this definition and thus don't refer to it as a one bedroom. Which makes me wonder how many potential buyers looking for a one bedroom flat they miss out on - it's a nice bargain for those buyers clever enough to include studios in their searches though.
I feel like it would be worth installing a door there just so you can call it a one bedroom, but it's probably nowhere near that simple.0 -
