I thought at first you meant the trampoline, but you mean the giant wendy house that looks like a viking helmet, behind the garage that doesn't have vehicular access?

The property looks as if it could have been built as shop with living accom, then converted to a house. Layout is unusual.

Based on the shadow it's casting in the satellite view, it would have to be a wendy house with arms.

That's right. They're made of glass fibre and sometmes seen in pub gardens as amusements for children.

Well that's the thing, it isn't. Urmston is the back of beyond in manchester. Living there is handy for the hospital, but there's hardly any restaurants, the only pubs are football ones, not on the metrolink, that's not worth the money at all. Yes, it's a big house if you strip out the crap, but for £525k, no way. There was a 5 bed in Chorlton backing onto the park that went at £535k.
