Certainly nothing that couldn't be sorted out with a good fire and a Farrow & Ball colour chart.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

Apart from this being a particularly ugly house from the front, any guesses what is in the garden (picture 9 and satellite view on maps)

I thought at first you meant the trampoline, but you mean the giant wendy house that looks like a viking helmet, behind the garage that doesn't have vehicular access?A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

The property looks as if it could have been built as shop with living accom, then converted to a house. Layout is unusual. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

Based on the shadow it's casting in the satellite view, it would have to be a wendy house with arms.0 -

Well that's the thing, it isn't. Urmston is the back of beyond in manchester. Living there is handy for the hospital, but there's hardly any restaurants, the only pubs are football ones, not on the metrolink, that's not worth the money at all. Yes, it's a big house if you strip out the crap, but for £525k, no way. There was a 5 bed in Chorlton backing onto the park that went at £535k.0 -
Photo 13 is the one that will really sell this £630K house.
