Probate house then - and, at a guess, fields opposite + Southern England = the last straw (ie because the owner found out they're planning to build on them).0 -

Living there is handy for the hospital, but there's hardly any restaurants, the only pubs are football ones, not on the metrolink, that's not worth the money at alla . Yes, it's a big house if you strip out the crap, but for £525k, no way. There was a 5 bed in Chorlton backing onto the park that went at £535k.
Take you haven't been to Urmston recently?
However, prices have gone up a mind boggling amount over the last couple of, I suspect because people were priced out of places like Chorlton and are now trying to gentrify us."If ever there is a tomorrow when we're not together... there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart... I'll always be with you. "

I have, yes. Trying to gentrify maybe, but it hasn't happened yet. Take a look at Trip Advisor best restaurants in Manchester. Three of the top ten are in Chorlton, four of the top 20 are in didsbury. None of the top 50 are in Urmston. For £525k people want more than just a big house.
Well that's what I think, I guess we'll see if it sells and how much for.0 -

Love the collection of seating in the front room. Also, are we sure the room in pic 13 is really in the same house as the rest of them?0 -
