Friend of mine went live on 22nd for the same reasons Bossypants gives. Sadly, now I've seen the ad, the agent and the price, I can confidently predict that unless something changes, it'll still be there at the Summer Solstice.

A BTL I was selling went live on 26th instead of 27th. A couple saw it on line, came for a walk past and saw me finishing painting round the door. Quick chat, 5 minute look around and soldFriend of mine went live on 22nd for the same reasons Bossypants gives. Sadly, now I've seen the ad, the agent and the price, I can confidently predict that unless something changes, it'll still be there at the Summer Solstice.
