Just as well really, go East and you are going to get your feet wet!

Well, yes, and no. Those rather swish apartments on the old hotel site at Peveril Point are east of the centre, but I suppose it depends where one decides the centre is.http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-52509861.html

When I had to round-up schoolkids there, years ago, I knew where their centre was. I always made our rendezvous point the amusement arcade on the front. Never lost any!

Kermit's bathroom!
Errrm...but my first question on this house personally would be "Am I going to be able to keep my view?" - as that would be a large part of what would sell that house to me....0 -
Hmmm, I rarely put photographs of bedrooms, as they generally show little more than a bed! Similarly, it's difficult to get decent shots of many bathrooms.
May have to re-think this approach.
I agree with the other comments, I want to see what the rooms look like, gives an idea of how furniture may fit and how much decorating is required.Make £2025 in 2025

Church conversion resulting in a rather odd layout. And it has about *the* dullest furnishing I have ever seen - they've actually managed to make it totally characterless despite the otherwise atmospheric surroundings.

I'm particularly impressed by picture 2 which appears to show the drive of the property heading down to the beach without showing even the barest hint of either the Holyhead - Chester mainline railway or the A55 North Wales Expressway that lie between you and the sea.:eek:Look what you would get for the same amount in Wales. SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0
