The EA are being a bit optimistic describing it as an opportunity to do "bed and breakfast" though - it's only got 2 bathrooms (ie doesnt feel like enough for a property of that size).0 -

It does have 5 toilets though, three of which are off living rooms, two off the same living room.0 -

11 of us stayed in the house last year. It's a great holiday home. Not so sure about its b&b potential due to the layout. Plenty of toilets and 3 bathrooms. The views are incredible and the main road below isn't that noisy. Beach 5 mins walk. What's not to like? Wish I could afford to buy it!
Oh and its the perfect house for a brilliant game of hide & seek with the kids!0 -
