Nice wee place. I thought maybe a bit close to the Bure, but the Environment Agency doesn't think so, so it's all good, subject to survey, of course!http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-70170713.html
Just wondered what people think about this, my sisters just about to exchange on it. Personally I love the place.

Survey was brilliant. Even an FTB wouldn't have flinched

Top tip - smashed one of your outdoor plant pots? Simply paint one on the wall - no one will ever notice!

Were the bedrooms so hideous that the agent wouldn't photograph them?
To be honest I wonder that bedrooms are generally photographed. They are very often just square boxes with other peoples furniture in.
Unless there is a particular feature like a fire place or sloping ceilings with restricted wardrobe options there is little to learn that a good floor plan won't supply.0 -
Lovely. Could live there quite happily except I would miss hillshttp://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-70170713.html

They couldn't be more ghastly than the kitchen.0 -

It's where they've divided a larger room with a partition going into the first third of the bay to create beds 1 & 2.devildolly5 wrote: »http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-52712688.html

This isn't shown accurately on the plan, probably because it would look silly. That's not to say it doesn't look silly IRL!0 -

Not a good idea to omit pics of any rooms IMO. If a listing excludes photos of one or more rooms my immediate thought is there's something wrong with them, e.g. damp or a sagging ceiling.0
