Whether I'd pay £265k for it in that location's another matter, though it's handy for Lidl.

I think that's pretty good. Makes me wonder what we could do with our less than pretty 1960s purchase (think green tile hung frontage) when we finally move there.

The rug in the lounge is the least of it! Indeed quite tasteful in the right setting compared to the other design choices I would say. I wonder if you are referring to what I think is the dining room.

Beautiful Devon village - vendors with questionable decor tastes... internal and external. Bet the neighbours can't wait until someone with a bit of outdoor paint helps raise the value of their properties.

It's the garden room, I think.

I thought it was the courtyard, but then I spotted part of a roof. Not sure where the bird box comes into it, mind.

It was confusing me as well and I wondered if it was supposed to be "bedroom 3".

Actually - I am not averse to the painting on outside of house - ie its quirky.

But that bathroom - I DO seriously hate so-called "wet rooms". At least I've learnt by now they never are "wet rooms" - as they are actually "disabled bathrooms" being called that.
