You can't link to sold houses on Wrongmove, but that one's easily ID'd although it looks nothing like its image in 2006.

A really uplifting property in some ways.:A I thought it was only our previous owners who could spend many tens of thousands to devalue what they had to start with. Made me cry, undoing it all, especially as much was structural, not just cosmetic. So wasteful....:(

Good heavens! £360k. My first house was five minutes walk from there, a semi on Manley Road that I paid £17k for. That was well before Chorlton went upmarket. It's still Chorlton though. :cool:
