The Street View is a tad confusing though!

And it's not really on Bailbrook Lane, which used to be my favourite rat run back in the ....err...a long time ago.

Just the outside. Old barrack blocks would be single rooms with communal ablution areas. Not quite so des res !

Lovely kids, great atmosphere, but norra lorra intellectual challenges.....Nobody knew what to do with the non-academic 16 year olds when they raised the leaving age, so a huge pond and environmental area was under way when I left......

The school was closed down shortly after and everyone went to the comps.

Good job there is not a click to buy button on Rightmove or I might have done something impulsive especially if they threw the pooch in
