Wonder what is going on in that house to stimulate them to list it on Rightmove on Christmas Day :xmassmile
Getting a head start on tomorrow!
I am currently selling and all the estate agents have said that Boxing Day is the busiest day of the year on Rightmove.
A couple of agents told me they are "holding" properties and will only make them "live" tomorrow......
It will interesting to see if that is correct (I am in Southampton).0 -

Quite an upmarket (if slightly tired) looking house... until you come to the 1980s bedsit kitchen.

Someone obviously liked their cars to have gone to the trouble of sticking this *really* ugly garage in front of the house they built.

I would have been more than happy to have that as my bedsit kitchen back in the day! In fact I would be happy to live with it now. It looks in immaculate condition and I don't find the style difficult to live with at all. I would say it was more 70's which I find is becoming my thing. The 70s becoming the new 50s
