    I interpret it differently. The black Ford Focus is seen leaving their parking space and then following behind the Google car.

    You're right! I only looked in one direction. :o

    It's already parked-up at the beginning, which made me look at the Focus, which is a black herring!

    Hmm, now I'm not so sure which car is backing up. I first thought it was the black one, but when the google car (GC) passes it outside their house, is there actually anybody in it? Did they come out of their house and follow the GC up the lane, and the Audi is backing back and hence the driver of the black car acknowledging the Audi, rather than the driver of the black car appearing to shake his fist at the GC which is what I was wondering was happening in the first place hence zooming in and playing around for a look.
