I saw that - but the accepted offer may not be the £150K asking price.0 -
Following on from my question yesterday; an answerer suggested that I post here.

Pics 2& 4: Spot the....dog??
Pic 5: "We're smart!"
Yes, but not quite smart enough to hide the carp that was on the dining table.

I'm reserving judgment on whether that's a dog or some kind of revolting woolly coat. But picture 5 has a new one: spot the uneven floor.0 -

:rotfl:at the photos - in this day and age - ie where it's still the case that about 10% of people are smart enough to go to University - but 50% actually do go:rotfl:. I'd get quite a different message about that - "Ask which university and which degree etc to see whether they're in the 10% or the other 40%".
Not a bad house - but I always feel a bit wary personally - about steep banks above a house. At the least - I'd be wondering whether any heavy rain would come shooting down that slope in the direction of the house.0 -

I agree with LandyAndy, it's hideous. I's also never buy from SCS, over priced and poor quality. Customer service is shocking too.0 -
Is that what it means? I assumed it meant WC!
I doubt its a WC as of you look at pic 7 http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-68331032.html, the HWC is in the cupboard to the right of the window and the doors are about 4ft high. It's an airing cupboard! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
