There is a bath in the property, but no loo! EA blurb doesn't mention one in the yard.

How can people live without a loo in 2017? From the furniture its a probate property Posted by ScarletMarble

Way overpriced for a property that hasn't been updated since the 1930s!

I bet the loo is behind the left hand white door in the yard - see the ventilation gap at the top of the door.

Sadly no upstairs toilet or parking so cannot be on my list but I would love to lie on that daybed chatting with the Wally dugs and who needs to spend a couple of hundred on a tap with a flexible hose when those little rubber thingies will do all you ask :)
Most of all though, I would love to have that address :)

Large family? Doesn't look it from the furnishings so what is the point of squeezing in that 5th bedroom or possibly even the 4th and that extra shower room come to that.

According to the floor plan to get to the utilty room you either have to walk out of the kitchen and around the garage or out the front door and around, fun in the winter or rain.

IMO people do that sort of thing because, in this country, we categorise and price houses by the number of bedrooms in a property. I think if we did it by square footage, things would be different - there could be more creativity in terms of the balance between living space and bedroom space.

Looks like there is a door from the 'breakfast area' into the utility room - just hard to see with the huge, dark estate agent's logo all over the floor plan :)

I haven't tried substituting a hot water cylinder for a toilet. How does that work? :undecided

It entirely depends on how well it has been lagged.

Someone obviously disagrees - it is sold stc and it has only been on the market since 14th of August having started at £155k.

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.
