I was about to say it appears to be a decent house if you look past the rather dated fittings and decor, then I noticed the ceiling in picture 5:eek:0 -

Both the bathrooms used to have fitted carpet. I wonder what state they were in :eek: that it was better to remove them but leave the underlay and gripper rods.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
